Our hookah charcoal briquette plant is designed to produce high-quality shisha charcoal briquettes. The plant includes several key components, each contributing to the efficient and consistent production of briquettes. Here’s a detailed look at each part of the process:

The first step involves carbonizing the raw materials in the furnace to produce charcoal. This process eliminates impurities and volatile substances, resulting in a stable carbon-rich product.

After carbonization, the charcoal is crushed into fine powder using a charcoal block crusher. This ensures a consistent particle size, which is crucial for the quality and uniformity of the briquettes.

The crushed charcoal powder is mixed with a binder to facilitate briquette formation. This step is critical for ensuring the briquettes hold together well during and after pressing.
