Our focus lies in the application of the dry type single screw extruder within our fish feed production line, which we fondly refer to as the “Automatic Dry Type Fish Feed Plant.” This line is designed to efficiently complete the entire puffing process for aquatic feed pellets, catering to the specific needs of fish farms. While sharing the same purpose as the wet extrusion plant in commercial aquaculture, our “Automatic Dry Type Fish Feed Plant” boasts a smaller production capacity of 180-200kg/h, making it a preferred choice for small-scale fish farms with lower processing technique and output requirements.

The single screw fish feed plant is primarily used to produce floating pellets suitable for small- to medium-sized fish farms and ponds. The floating nature of the pellets indicates that the ingredients have been properly cooked. This small-scale production line allows fish farmers to manufacture their own fish feed pellets on-site, eliminating the additional costs associated with distribution and marketing steps.
